Rivolta Spin

This is a little tribute to one of my favorite artists and one of its songs:

Rivolta Spin is a test I made in Notch VFX to explore audio reactivity in generative animation. I made this research piece using a 3D sphere connected to a ripple deformer to simulate depth in the wavy texture of vinyl records. I also used some sound modifiers to achieve audio reactivity, I had to module the sound through Touchdesigner so I could have better control on the bass levels. I added some post FX like Moebius Warp, Film Grading, and a little bit of frame feedback to enhance the simulation and its highlights.
